
I offer individually tailored sessions that are totally focused on your own needs or goals.
They are perfect for anyone who would like to gain a basic understanding of yoga before attending a class for the first time. They are also ideal for you super busy people who are unable to get to a regular timetabled class.
You may have a health condition or an injury you want to manage. Or maybe you are carrying extra weight or body conscious and would like to build your confidence before joining a regular class?
Alternatively, there could be something in your practice you would like to develop. Whatever your goals, physical, spiritual, mental (or all three!), private sessions could be the key.
You can choose to have your sessions in the privacy of your own home, online, or arrangements can be made to use the Leicester Hotpod yoga studio.
A package consists of 3 sessions, the first lasting 90 minutes and includes consultation and the following sessions, each lasting 60 minutes: package price is £180.

Well what can I say…First of all a big THANK YOU to the universe for bringing this amazing lady into my life. I have been having 1-2-1 sessions with Paula/Yogi Bird since February 2019.
I am a wheelchair user and really wanted to find a form of exercise that I could do that would help me maintain and strengthen/improve the limited mobility I have and also help me be more mindful and relaxed. My sessions with Paula stretch me both mentally and physically. I can do things that I honestly didn’t think I’d be able to do and that is all credit to Paula’s patience and encouragement. Some of the exercises have also relieved pain that I’ve been in for a long time.
